Repositioning of Stafford Place to Ballston Exchange.  587,036 square feet, complete interior demolition of 12 floors, including a concrete façade and entrance to be repositioned as two story façade for retail experience.  Demolition work included construction of trash chute through 12 floors to expedite removal of construction debris.
