I want to send an email to you to thank you for the impressive demo that has been happening this phase. I have to say the space is by far the cleanest I have ever seen. Also it has be organized beyond compare. Keep up the great work.
I got your invoice for the work. I would like to thank you and your employees who assisted on the American Express project. My buddies at Hitt were correct. You helped me out of a bind and did your job with no hassles. I am glad I came across you guys and I will definitely use you in the future. It is hard to find companies that just do what they are supposed to do without having to help them along. I wish you guys did plumbing, electrical & HVAC.
On behalf of WT, I would like to send a special thank you to Selective Demolition for their help, hard work, and dedication to the Goodwin House ETR project. Selective came into a very difficult situation here at the Goodwin House and they did an exceptional job. They always had a plan, kept the jobsite clean, got the job done on time, and most importantly, got it done safely. I do not recollect needing to write one single safety violation for Selective Demo personnel, which is extremely rare given the dangers associated with demolition. Your safety director, Greg Albrecht, always made his presence known and ensured a safe operation. As this was the first WT job performed by Selective Demolition, they have put on an impressive performance and I look forward to working with you again.
My experiences with Selective have been on the “UPPER LEVEL” of professionalism. Working around people was my concern, however your company made my job successful without any concerns. I look forward to working with you and your group.
I would recommend Selective Demolition for any project. They are the most professional demolition company that we have ever worked with.
In a time when schedules are being shortened, it is one of the few reassuring thoughts to know I will have Selective doing the demolition phase of my project. The combination of efficiency and service is unsurpassed. In a trade that can often be mainly made up of laborers, Selective rises above the rest to bring skilled and knowledgeable men to the site. One of the most often overlooked phases of a project can also be one to set the tone with building tenants and engineers, Selective assures a smooth start up.
We would like to thank you and your staff for your outstanding performance and cooperation during the stabilization and reconstruction of the heavily fire and smoke damaged Lacey Administrative Center building. Thanks to your firm’s efforts, we were able to reoccupy the partially destroyed building in just a few days. In a disaster of this nature, we truly understand the sometimes terrible working conditions and seemingly unrealistic time frames that we are all forced to deal with. Your personnel performed extremely professionally, selflessly and with the sense of urgency that the project required. All of the feedback from the building occupants has been tremendous and a large part of our overall success is directly attributed to the performance of your company. Again, thank you to you and your team!
I would like to congratulate Selective Demolition on the recent successful completion of the demolition at the Hotel Washington project. It is my understanding this is one of the larger projects for Selective but your team performed like seasoned vets. This difficult task involved many large mechanical & electrical items including a 300HP water tube boiler which had to be dismanted for removal through small doorways in the basement levels and a roof top cooling tower. Selective Demolition provided knowledgeable skilled labor to safely remove these items while also providing labor to remove all the gypblock with wire lath plaster partitions and ceilings throughout the other 11 floors (235 thousand sf.) of the 91 year old building without any impact to the buildings historical exterior.
Miguel Suarez provided the outstanding leadership for Selective’s success directing labor and organizing removal of debris to perform the demolition of structural slabs, heavy MEP equipment and architectural demolition. Miguel stayed on top of the project from start to finish and was a team player with all the other trades on the project. Even though this was not a LEED project, Miguel also directed the sorting of debris for recycling and maintained daily reports of all the debris from the demolition and manpower throughout the project demolition phase. It has been a pleasure working with a company and staff that is committed to the completion and takes safety serious for your workers and others. I look forward to working with this team on future projects.

We are now close to completing the demolition phase of this very important project. It is with great satisfaction that I write this letter of congratulations to you and your company for a job well done. The execution was flawless and the professionalism of your staff was everything that we have come to expect. I am pleased to add this to a long list of successful projects between Coakley Williams and Selective Demolition.
Thank you to you and your team for a job well done.
Thank you to you and your team for a job well done.
I’m writing to advise you of the results of the structural engineer’s Friday inspection of the duct and stairway slab openings created by Selective Demolition at our Environmental Defense Fund project at 1875 Connecticut Ave. on Dec. 3 and 4. Miguel tells me that you are aware of the challenges that Danny and your crew faced during this operation. After reviewing both slab openings the engineer was highly complementary of the quality of the work. He was impressed by the presence of zero overcuts and described the openings as clean, crisp, and professional. He stated that he could not remember seeing a finer job. He was so impressed that he asked for the name of the company responsible for future reference. I named Selective Demolition. Please pass this compliment on to Danny and your crew. Their willing performance proves that we are not made or unmade by the thing that happen to us but by our responses to them. I look forward to working with your team again. Thanks.
