Selective Demolition and Hauling's commitment to job site and employee safety is top priority. Some of the ways we demonstrate this commitment:
- All new hires receive four hours of safety orientation prior to starting work;
- Selective Demolition has an established respiratory protection program;
- All foremen hold a 30 hour certification in Construction Safety;
- All foremen are certified in CPR and First Aid;
- Our Safety Director conducts the following at all job sites:
- Job site safety inspections;
- Job site hazard analysis;
- Site specific employee safety training including on the job training;
- Conducts weekly tool box talks that are industry specific;
- Tool and equipment inspections are conducted frequently to decrease the likelihood of accidents;
- Ensures foremen have all proper safety equipment for their crews;
- Maintains all recordkeeping.
